About the role

Love Knot is looking for a Marketing Lead (Content & Social Media) to own our social media presence, content strategy, and brand-facing marketing initiatives at a pivotal growth moment. You'll lead a small content team and be the driving force behind three connected accounts - brand account and 2 founders' accounts - while also running the marketing moments that bring our community together.

What you'll own

• Social content strategy & calendar across all 3 accounts
• Coordinate bi-weekly product launches with our Design & Production Team
• Website content, product photography, and EDM design
• Oversee KOL/Affliate campaigns (managing and working with agencies)
• Marketing campaigns, including merchandise planning and sourcing for seasonal/collab drops
• Community events (3–4 per year) — planning and execution end-to-end
• Maintain content pillar mix and brand voice standards across all three accounts

What you'll bring

• 2–4+ years managing and growing social content and marketing campaigns for a consumer/fashion brand (agency or in-house)
• Strong eye for visual storytelling — you can direct a shoot and edit a hook-driven reel
• Can manage people (junior staff/interns) and cross-functional coordination
• Experience running events or campaigns end-to-end, from planning to on-the-ground execution
• A track record of content that converts and grows profiles, not just content that looks good
