Responsibilities

As part of the SME Banking team covering the Digital & Liabilities segment, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers through proactive engagement, relationship deepening, effective servicing, and cross-selling of banking solutions to achieve revenue and deposit growth targets.
• Understand customers' business needs and provide tailored banking solutions that balance commercial objectives with the Bank's risk appetite.
• Manage specialised customer segments, including Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs), Foreign Incorporated Entities (FIEs), Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs), and other higher-risk customer categories.
• Partner closely with product specialists, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective solutions to customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including customer due diligence, AML/KYC reviews, risk assessments and account reviews
• Maintain strong portfolio discipline by monitoring customer activities, identifying emerging risks, and ensuring timely escalation of issues.
Deliver a high standard of customer service while contributing to the growth and profitability of the SME Banking franchise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant corporate banking experience
• Sales driven mentality with a strong business development acumen.
• Candidate should also come with strong AML/KYC experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & communicate accurately and effectively.
• Resourceful individual, multitask oriented, Energetic and a good team player.
