Job Scope

• Manage and control the access, update and distribution of controlled documented information to ensure they are available, up to date and adequately protected.
• Manage and retain all required documented information as evidence of activities performed for internal and external audits.
• Assure ongoing compliance with ISO requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of documents, including document tracking, library/document placement, binding and copying, to ensure availability for departmental office activities.
• Support the coordination of document delivery, submission and handover to/from customers and subcontractors.
• Support the preparation, operation and maintenance of the document control database.
• Input document data into standard registers, ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
• Generate various document control transmittal reports as required.
• Manage document records across various departments, including Human Resources, Marketing and Construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Preferably from a construction background with ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Document Controller.
• Business-level fluency in English.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Strong assertiveness, persuasiveness and hands-on mentality, with a drive for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• 12-month contract position.
