Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Electrical Facilities Engineer di Western Digital Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Provides engineering and technical support to discipline engineers and maintenance team on all Electrical issues.

Maintain required levels of Electrical engineering aspect of design, integrity and performance of equipment, systems and services as per engineering specifications and relevant codes and practices.

Manage the development and delivery of nominated minor and major projects.

Lead the development and implementation of the site’s mid-long term reliability strategy

Provide inputs on electrical related equipment and recommend engineering control aspect to solve the problem.

Identify the needs of the Facilities Equipment maintenance and draw the necessary maintenance plans & execute.

Draft and update utilities layout as and when required.

Ensure Facilities equipment such as VCB, ACB, Switch gear, Transformer, Protection relay, MSB, SSB, DB’s, Capacitor bank, lightning protection, electrical & building grounding and end load are maintain in correct way with PM program in place.

Managing project given by WD by attending project meeting request, prepare layout, idea proposed with conceptual design, budgetary and generate scope of work for tendering purpose.

Provide utility matrix and cost reduction program to lowering facility running cost.

To carry out any given tasks assigned by immediate Superior. Breakdown Issue/crisis (upset) management at off working hours, weekend and public holiday.

ISO 14000 and 9000 coordinator/maintenance.

To coordinate and ensure necessary changes or up-grading for any product introduction

REQUIRED :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 year experience managing electrical system for industry.

PREFERRED:

• Experience managing LV and HT electrical system and maintenance.
• Working experience in clean room environment will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with facility equipment like Air Handling Units, Air-Conditioners, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, Air- Dryers, Vacuum System, Ring Blower, Scrubber and others mechanical system for a Manufacturing Facility.
• Pro-active, independent and right attitude.
• Possess right analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and able to converse and write well in English.

SKILLS

• Basic Computer skills preferably in Microsoft Office and email.
• Candidate with professional certificate; certified by professional body or authority in specialty field and familiar with local authority dealing will be an added advantage
