Job Summary
We are a private GP clinic seeking a Clinic Assistant who supports daily operations, manages patient records and appointments, and helps healthcare professionals deliver quality care in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient service
Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients
Manage patient records and schedule appointments accurately using the clinic’s computer system
Support doctors and healthcare staff in delivering high-quality patient care
Communicate effectively with patients and team members to enhance service experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Pleasant personality and helpful attitude to foster positive patient interactions
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
Basic computer skills to operate clinic management software
Strong commitment to patient care and service excellence
