Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quality Assurance Personnel, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di WYK CATERING AND CANOPY SERVICES SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a QA Personnel to support our catering operations and ensure compliance with food safety, Halal and ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct food sampling and coordinate microbiological testing when required.
• Perform routine food safety, hygiene and quality inspections.
• Monitor food temperature, storage, handling, personal hygiene and environmental cleanliness.
• Ensure kitchen equipment, utensils and food-contact surfaces are clean, hygienic and in proper condition.
• Maintain accurate QA records, checklists and food safety documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Halal, ISO 22000, allergen control and company food safety procedures.
• Identify non-conformities, follow up on corrective actions and support internal/client audits.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Quality Management or related field.
• Familiar with Halal requirements and ISO 22000 / Food Safety Management System.
• Experience in QA/QC, food manufacturing, central kitchen or catering industry is preferred.
• Able to maintain proper records and documentation.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in an operational / kitchen environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
