We are looking for a Junior IT Operation Support Specialist to join our team in Petaling Jaya. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in IT operations and an interest in automation and AI-driven solutions.
Role Details
- Location: Petaling Jaya
- Type: FTC (contract) / FTE (full-time)
- Duration: 1 year (3 months probation)
- Start Date: Immediate (notice period ≤ 30 days)
- Experience: 3+ years
- Salary: 10-15% hike on current salary
Key Skills
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (front-end troubleshooting)
- AI automation and workflow optimization
- Database query tools and data concepts
- Jira, Confluence, and ITSM processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or Associate degree with 3+ years of IT operations experience)
- Minimum 2 years supporting e-commerce or internet systems
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot front-end issues using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Manage and query databases effectively
- Support IT operations with Jira, Confluence, and ITSM tools
- Apply AI assistants for troubleshooting, documentation, and data organization
- Implement automation using low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, scripts, workflow tools)
