1. Responsible for the cleanliness of the outlet and assists in the clean presentation of outlet as a whole. All chairs and tables are always clean and in order.

2. Ensures that mis-en-place/side station is all set up with non-food items such as crockery and chinaware before the shift commences.

3. Ensures that tables under his charge have the correct cutlery and table settings before the shift commences.

4. Makes sure that all silverware is neatly aligned and that it is clean and unspotted and that the crest of each glass will face the guest. Makes sure that salt and pepper shakers are clean and filled and that the sugar packet holders are clean and sugar packets neatly arranged in them.

5. Responsible to know the prices of the various drinks and the price of every item on the menu.

6. Presents menus and explains all menu items.

7. Must be familiar with all recipes, methods of preparation and with the time it requires to prepare the various menu items.

8. Must know the procedures and function of the POS machine and how to input all relevant information.

9. Takes food and beverage orders and then serves them.

10. Must be critical if the food items are not properly prepared, or at the correct temperature.

11. Serves and clears food and beverage items in a proper and professional manner in accordance with the standards of service.

12. Presents bill to diners and closes the transactions in accordance with POS operating procedures and policies. Returns change/credit card to the diners.

13. Clears and removes soiled dishes and bring them to the dishwashing area.

14. Resets table after use for the next diners.

15. Performs other duties as assigned by the Management.

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
