Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product & Graphic Designer to join our team.

This role focuses on designing custom physical products, especially plywood and laser-cut products such as plaques, name tags, keychains, signage, corporate gifts, souvenirs and other customized products.

The ideal candidate should not only be creative but also understand how to prepare designs that are practical and ready for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs for custom products such as plaques, name tags, keychains, signage, souvenirs and corporate gifts.
• Prepare artwork for laser cutting, engraving, printing and other production processes.
• Convert customer ideas, references or sketches into attractive and production-ready designs.
• Prepare accurate vector artwork, dimensions, layouts and cutting files.
• Create product mockups for customer approval before production.
• Make design amendments based on customer requirements and feedback.
• Ensure artwork is accurate before sending it to the production team.
• Work closely with the Sales and Production Team to ensure products can be manufactured correctly.
• Develop new product concepts and improve existing product designs.
• Assist in creating graphics for product catalogues, marketing materials and social media when required.
• Organize and maintain design files systematically for future use.
• Ensure designs are completed according to the required timeline.

Requirements

• Experience in Graphic Design, Product Design, Custom Product Design or related fields.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or other vector design software.
• Good understanding of vector files, dimensions, sizing and layout.
• Experience preparing artwork for laser cutting / laser engraving is an advantage.
• Experience designing plywood, acrylic, signage, printing, gifts or customized products is highly preferred.
• Able to understand customer requirements and turn ideas into actual product designs.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work efficiently.
• Able to handle multiple designs and customer amendments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn about materials, production methods and new product development.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
