Role Description The General Manager is a full-time leadership role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that product delivery, consulting services, and transformation projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams, set performance goals, and drive strategic initiatives that support Lenorasoft’s growth in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, and TaaS offerings. Responsibilities include managing key client relationships, monitoring project pipelines, optimizing processes, and aligning business plans with market opportunities in sectors such as travel, tax, e‑governance, and agriculture. The role also involves reporting on business performance, mentoring team members, and collaborating with senior leadership on long-term strategy and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in technology, IT services, or digital transformation, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong background in business operations, strategic planning, and performance management, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Experience working with or overseeing enterprise-scale products or platforms, ideally in AI, ML, cloud, or data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of key industry domains such as travel, tax & e‑invoicing, e‑governance, Freezone operations, or agriculture technology is highly beneficial.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships at executive levels.
• Demonstrated capability to drive process improvement, change management, and organizational development in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with the ability to coordinate teams and operations across on-site and remote environments.
