Key Responsibilities
Drive ACBS requirement analysis and To-Be solution design across loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment.
Design and support integrations between ACBS, GL/accounting, payment systems, and upstream/downstream applications.
Lead workshops and collaborate with business, architecture, technology, and vendor teams to finalize solutions.
Prepare and manage Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) and functional/technical design documentation.
Support SIT/UAT, integration testing, defect triage, data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation.
Engage with product vendors to validate capabilities, configurations, gaps, and integration requirements.
Support cutover, go-live, hyper care, and proactive risk/issue management.
Requirements
10 years of overall IT experience with substantial hands-on experience in core banking transformation/implementation.
Proven hands-on ACBS implementation experience in a commercial lending/core banking environment.
Strong functional knowledge of the commercial lending lifecycle including origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment.
Experience integrating lending platforms with GL, accounting, reconciliation, payment, and downstream systems.
Strong experience with MQ, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based interfaces, data mapping, and integration design.
Proven ability to independently drive solution design, ISDs, documentation, testing, and stakeholder sign-off.
