A regional bank is seeking a Business Support Officer to provide operational support to its Corporate Banking business. The incumbent will work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to support client servicing and day-to-day banking activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support corporate account opening, maintenance and review processes.
Assist with transaction processing and documentation across various banking products and services.
Provide administrative and operational support for corporate banking activities.
Follow up on outstanding documents, pending requests and internal approvals.
Respond to general enquiries from clients and Relationship Managers.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to facilitate the timely completion of requests.
Perform other duties and support operational initiatives when required.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting or a related discipline.
Up to two years of relevant experience in banking operations, client servicing or a related function.
Basic understanding of corporate banking products and KYC/AML requirements.
Detail-oriented with good communication, organisational and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work effectively with different stakeholders.
