Job Description

Foreign Worker Application & Hiring

  • Coordinate foreign worker applications, recruitment, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and relevant authorities to ensure timely processing and compliance.

Contract Management

  • Manage vendor contracts, including onboarding, review, renewal, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely contract execution and renewal.

Vendor Management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with recruitment agencies and BPO vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance, manpower fulfilment, and service delivery to meet business requirements.

BPO Hiring & Workforce Management

  • Manage daily BPO hiring requirements, including manpower requests, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.
  • Work with business units to monitor headcount and manage agent contract renewals to ensure operational continuity.

Reporting & Ad-hoc Support

  • Maintain accurate records and provide reports on contracts, vendors, hiring, and workforce matters.
  • Support ad-hoc manpower-related projects and operational initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ideally, have at least 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency or a similar role focusing on stakeholder management and contract administration
  • Willing to learn and possess the right motivation and drive for the role scope
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, self-reliance, quick learning ability, meticulous attention to detail, and adept analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in utilizing Google tools like Sheets, Docs, and Slides
