• Support and/or lead the costing team in daily operational activities to ensure accurate and timely costing processes.
• Monitor sales orders, forecasts, and purchase orders to support cost planning and control.
• Prepare and handle customer quotations, claims, and invoicing-related matters.
• Maintain and update tooling costs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and engineering change cost records.
• Liaise with customers on pricing, tooling cost discussions, and cost negotiation/buy-off matters.
• Ensure accurate and timely BOM cost updates for finance and accounting processing.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and support tender/bid proposal preparation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in costing, pricing, or related manufacturing/engineering function.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related costing tools/systems.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.
