Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing activities to promote the company’s training and software solutions across aviation and other industries. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and supporting negotiations with prospective clients. The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, preparing sales and marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Sales Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies with product capabilities and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Market Planning and Marketing activities to support business growth.
• Strong Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Effective Communication skills for presentations, client engagement, and internal collaboration.
• Proven Sales experience in identifying leads, managing opportunities, and closing deals.
• Background in Aviation, Training, technology, training solutions, or related industries is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data analysis for sales and marketing reporting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
