Option to renew: From 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, inclusive of 1-hr lunch break.
Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Requirements:
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Know how to operate photocopiers, duplicators & collators;
2 years of working experience in printing service;
2 years of working experience in a school enviroment;
2 years of working experience in administrative work.
Job Scopes:
The Services required are set out as follows:
Provide service in photocopying, printing, collating, binding and making of booklets;
Ensure the general cleanliness of the Printing Rooms and the Printing Store Room;
Operate and maintain office equipment, such as photocopiers, duplicators, and collators, in the Level 1 and Level 2 printing rooms;
Provide administrative support to the General Office, including tasks like counter duties, answering phone calls, filing, and assisting with school events.
