Key Responsibilities

1. Return Parcel Processing

• Inspect, verify, and log returned parcels received at the warehouse/office daily.
• Assess item condition (e.g., unopened, damaged, wrong item sent) to determine return eligibility against platform policies.
• Update order statuses, approve valid returns, and initiate refunds or replacement dispatches in the e-commerce system/ERP.

2. Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding damaged, missing, incorrect, or delayed parcels via platforms chat (e.g., Shopee, TikTok).
• Investigate parcel disputes by collaborating with internal warehouse teams and external logistics/courier partners.
• De-escalate customer complaints professionally while enforcing company return and refund policies.

3. Inventory & After-Sales Administration

• Maintain records of return reasons, damage rates, and refund claims for reporting and process improvement.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to re-stock restorable items or segregate defective stock.
• Monitor pending return requests to ensure compliance with platform SLA response times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce customer service.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with major e-commerce seller portals (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify) and order management systems.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for logging data.
• Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
