WE ARE HIRING – MOCCA CAFÉ CHEF

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Café Chef to join our team at MOCCA CAFÉ in Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a café environment, preparing quality food and beverages, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve café food, beverages, and desserts according to company standards
• Manage in daily kitchen and café operations
• Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all menu items
• Handle food preparation, basic cooking, and beverage making
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times
• Assist with stock arrangement, ingredient preparation, and inventory handling
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Work closely with the team to improve workflow and customer experience

Requirements

• Experience 3-4 years in café, restaurant, kitchen, or (customer service is an advantage but not required)
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Passion for café culture, food, and hospitality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good hygiene and food safety practices
• Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
