Digital Symphony is driven by innovation and design, and we’re looking for a Junior Art Director who is ready to bring fresh ideas, strong visual thinking, and creative energy to the team.
The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, a solid understanding of branding and digital communication, and the ability to translate objectives into engaging creative concepts. Working closely with the Art Director and wider creative team, you’ll help develop campaign ideas, provide visual direction, and ensure creative deliverables are executed to a high standard.
You should be curious, proactive, and eager to grow as a creative leader. You’ll be expected to contribute ideas, communicate your creative rationale clearly, guide designers when required, and continuously explore new approaches, trends, tools, and techniques. Knowledge and experience within the digital space would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Art Director and creative team to conceptualise and develop creative ideas for campaigns, digital content, websites, social media, branding, and other marketing materials.
- Translate creative briefs and client objectives into strong visual concepts and design directions.
- Support the Art Director in overseeing creative projects from concept development through to final execution.
- Provide creative guidance and constructive feedback to designers, while helping maintain consistency and quality across deliverables.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure creative work is delivered on time and according to the required standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, sales, and other teams to develop effective creative solutions that meet campaign and client objectives.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute original concepts, visual references, moodboards, and creative approaches.
- Present and communicate creative ideas, design rationale, and visual direction clearly to internal teams and, when required, clients.
- Ensure creative output aligns with brand guidelines, project objectives, and established quality standards.
- Stay up to date with design, advertising, social media, digital, and cultural trends to bring relevant ideas and inspiration to the team.
- Explore new creative approaches, styles, tools, and techniques that can improve the quality and effectiveness of the team's work.
- Review creative performance and campaign outcomes where relevant to better understand what resonates with audiences.
- Support the continuous improvement of creative workflows, processes, and ways of working within the team.
- Assist and guide junior designers when required, contributing to a collaborative environment where the team can learn and grow together.
