We are looking for experienced candidates with the strong corporate finance skills and financial experience. Your role will be to support M&A, fund raising, IPO exercises for the Group.

Your areas of responsibilities include:

• prepare and consolidate corporate reports, management dashboards, business performance and financial analysis
• assist in corporate exercises including M&A, JV, corporate restructuring and IPO readiness
• lead and monitor group financial performance and KPIs ensuring financial standards are met and provide recommendations for improvements
• drive continuous improvement in financial and corporate processes including compliance and financial contols

Key requirements:

• A degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or CFA is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years experience in corporate reporting, audit, transaction services or corporate finance
• Highly analytical skills including financial modelling and financial evaluation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
