Kerja Sepenuh Masa Customer Service Advisor - Ar Rahnu Express, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di HABIB Group Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers by recommending suitable products based on their needs.
• Provide clear and accurate information about the products and services offered.
• Process sales and cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Prepare and check customer documents according to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support the branch in achieving its overall sales targets.
• Assist with the daily operations of the branch and ensure the outlet is clean, neat, and well organised.
• Participate in marketing activities, roadshows, and promotional events organised by Ar-Rahnu Express and HABIB Group.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and support efforts to promote the brand in the local community.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma and Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, banking, FMCG, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Basic computer skills and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
