Kerja Sepenuh Masa Marketing Sales, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di J&T EXPRESS Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

- Identify and acquire new customers, including online sellers and local businesses, to use J&T Express courier services.

- Promote the company’s courier services, shipping rates, and promotional packages through customer visits, calls, WhatsApp, and social media.

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up regularly to encourage repeat business and increase parcel volume.

- Prepare quotations based on company-approved rates and assist customers with account registration and service enquiries.

- Coordinate with hub operations teams to arrange parcel pickups and follow up on customer service issues.

- Prepare and publish marketing content on company-approved social media platforms.

- Achieve monthly sales, new customer acquisition, and parcel volume targets set by the company.

- Maintain updated customer records and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and target achievement.

- Carry out other marketing and sales duties assigned by management.

- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
