Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Head of Tax di Vested Search - Maukerja

Vested Search are excited to partner with a globally established firm within the FMCG/supply chain industry HQ in Singapore who are looking to hire a Head of Tax

This role will report up to the senior operating committee with responsibilities for leading the global tax team and tax initiatives both within Asia and internationally

Responsibilities include:

• Work with the executive leadership to develop the company's global tax strategy, as well as directly managing the tax team in Asia
• Support global tax team and regional heads of tax across other jurisdictions
• Lead on tax planning support to the business across transactions, investments, financings, restructures and business transformation initiatives
• Regular collaboration with leaders across the business in finance, legal, compliance and operations to assist in tax informed business decisions
• Oversee cross border tax initiatives and international tax requirements, close monitoring of areas around BEPs, Pillar 2 and international policy obligations
• Global management of tax risks, controversy and governance standards
• Oversight on regional and international tax compliance initiatives, working closely with international tax teams and external advisors

Individuals should have a minimum of 15 years experience in tax with experience in the FMCG/supply chain highly advantageous
