Kerja Sepenuh Masa Human Resources Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Kintetsu World Express Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate Company policies & procedures to all employees.
• Support on recruitment activities (screening, interview and selection, onboard arrangement, induction) and documentation.
• Maintain employee employment related database, attendance record and leave management.
• Administer employee medical benefit, claims, and clinic invoices (data entry and claim processing)
• Administer Subcon staff employment status, daily attendance, and monthly billing compilation.
• Administer Intern attendance, compilation of payment templates for Account Department to pay out.
• Handle employee grievances and administer disciplinary procedure.
• Support to payroll data entry and staff claim.
• E-filing of employee personal files
• Any other Human Resources related job as per assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year working experiences in similar capacity. However fresh graduates with good academy result are encourage to apply
• Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
