PART-TIME CREW
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for responsible and hardworking Part-Time Crew members to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate may be assigned to either Service Crew or Kitchen Crew duties based on operational requirements.
SERVICE CREW – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant.
Refill condiments, utensils and other supplies.
Assist with food preparation and outlet operations when required.
Follow company policies, food safety requirements and SOPs.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
KITCHEN CREW – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing and cooking ramen, broth, sauces and toppings according to company standards.
Prepare ingredients according to standard recipes and operating procedures.
Portion, assemble and package menu items.
Assist with cooking and plating of menu dishes according to the kitchen manual.
Operate food preparation equipment where applicable.
Clean and maintain food preparation areas, kitchen stations, equipment and cookware.
Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.
Follow food waste management SOPs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Restaurant or Japanese restaurant experience will be an advantage.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to commit to the stated working hours.
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working hours and duties may vary depending on operational requirements.
SALARY
From $12.17 per hour
