Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Multimedia or related field.
• Proven experience in creating short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Strong skills in video shooting and video editing. Able to produce engaging and high-quality videos from concept to final output.
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or other relevant editing tools.
• Good knowledge and skills in graphic design, including creating social media posts, promotional materials, posters and other visual content.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent software.
• Creative and able to develop fresh content ideas, concepts, scripts and storyboards.
• Good understanding of social media trends, audience engagement and content formats.
• Able to handle the full content creation process including planning, shooting, editing, designing and publishing.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with the marketing/team.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio / previous content samples are required and will be considered during the selection process.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce engaging content to increase the company's social media engagement, reach and audience growth.
• Plan and prepare daily content for the company's social media platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas that are relevant to the company's brand, products and target audience.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, trending topics and popular formats, and adapt them into relevant company content.
• Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos, including TikTok, Reels and other social media content.
• Create graphic designs and visual content for social media posts, promotions and campaigns.
• Develop content concepts, scripts, captions and creative directions for daily content.
• Manage the content creation process from planning and shooting to editing and publishing.
• Consistently maintain an active and engaging presence across the company's social media platforms.
• Monitor content performance and engagement, and identify opportunities to improve future content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and achieve the company's social media and marketing objectives.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
