About the Job

• Prepare and update standardized pitchbooks along with a variety of promotional collateral for business development efforts.

• Consolidate and format dataset inputs using customized spreadsheet templates to present product details precisely within client decks.

• Draft and complete due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and information requests detailing the firm’s operational model and investment strategies.

• Verify that all marketing and sales assets maintain high accuracy, remain up to date, and strictly adhere to regulatory and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with sales, investment, risk, compliance, and operations teams to enrich and manage a centralized repository of pre-sales information.

• Collate, write, and refine investment and corporate content to ensure standardized, accurate responses across all proposal materials.

• Maintain a robust knowledge base to ensure prompt fulfillment of portfolio inquiries, questionnaires, and client proposals.

• Support the integration of automated solutions and AI tools to optimize the creation and delivery of marketing assets.

Skills and Requirements

• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment concepts, preferably with a background in asset management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly spreadsheet-based data manipulation tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex business and investment capabilities clearly.

• Aptitude for process optimization, with an interest in adopting automated and AI-assisted workflows.

• Ability to engage effectively with multi-disciplinary stakeholders across investment, operations, and compliance divisions.
