Primary Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to recipe
Operate cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, wok and etc.
Assist section chef to meet daily operation needs
Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of work areas and equipment
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant
Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
