Role Description The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This position supports the CEO in managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging travel and accommodation. The role includes handling correspondence, drafting and formatting documents, maintaining accurate records, and managing confidential information with discretion. The Personal Assistant will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensure timely follow-up on action items, and provide general administrative support to facilitate efficient decision-making and business operations. The role may also involve assisting with personal tasks related to the CEO’s professional commitments and coordinating logistics for business events.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership effectively.
- Proven Personal Assistance experience, including managing confidential information and supporting executive-level responsibilities.
- Competence in Diary Management for organizing calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask under time constraints.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
- Comfort with digital tools and office software (e.g., MS Office, calendar and email platforms); experience with collaboration tools is beneficial.
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives or senior management, preferably within diversified or international businesses.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
