Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assembly Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Ultimate Machining Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly work in a 10K cleanroom while wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a smock, gloves, mask, hairnet, and shoe covers.
• Assemble parts according to the specified processes and work instructions.
• Perform motion tests on assembled parts to ensure proper functionality.
• Inspect assembled parts and complete the final checklist after assembly.
• Support FA and MPs assembly activities.
• Assigned tasks to production line and ensure job close on time.
• Measure each workstation takt time.
• Design, improve, and maintain jigs & fixtures to enhance productivity and quality
• Support to establish OMS and workflow.
• Assist in process improvement, kaizen, and continuous improvement activities
• Conduct in-process inspections and ensure assemblies meet quality standards
• Identify, analyze, and report assembly issues, defects, or process deviations
• Prepare and update work instructions, SOPs, and assembly documents
• Record production data and support reporting of output, downtime, and defects
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in mechanical Assembly.
• Manage to perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings.
• Monitor the assembly workflow & functioning of all equipment.
• Develop assembly and test procedures to promote production quality.
• Perform pre-assembly activities such as cleaning.
• Understand the basic workmanship like how to use torque driver.
• Perform installation, repair, reassembly, refitting & alignment.
• Maintain work area 5S cleaning & safety.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime if required

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
