Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to the following:

· Assist in preparing ingredients, such as chopping, peeling, and portioning.

· Cook and plate dishes under the supervision of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

· Follow recipes, preparation techniques, and plating standards accurately.

· Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, hygienic, and organized.

· Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good condition.

· Assist in testing and tasting new menu items when required.

· Exhibit positive and respectful behaviour towards team members.

· Complete assigned kitchen duties, including cleaning tasks, efficiently and punctually.

· Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with SOPs

Qualification Requirements

• Malaysian citizen / local candidates only.
• Talents must possess a minimum SPM qualification.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Working experience: Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation. Training will be provided.
• Working Hours:
• Full Timer: 8 hours per day and able to commit 6 days, on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts
