Kerja Sepenuh Masa Asisten Chef, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Nasi Kandar A Bistro & BBQ Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef with daily food preparation and cooking.
• Prepare, cut, portion, and organize ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements.
• Assist in preparing and presenting dishes to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
• Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and proper storage of food items.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and instructions provided by the Chef.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies when required.
• Follow all company policies, food safety regulations, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Chef, Commis Chef, Kitchen Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Positive attitude and good work ethic.
