Sales coordinator

Develop and execute sales plans, strategies, and tactics to meet or exceed revenue targets set by the event hall management.

Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, plans to get married, birthday party, garden event,.travel agencies, event planners, and other potential groups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing department to create and implement promotional campaigns and special offers to attract more guests and boost sales.

Negotiate agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with clients to secure bookings and group reservations.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance analysis for the hotel management.

Coordinate with the hotel's sales team to align efforts, share leads, and collectively achieve sales goals.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the event hall and establish new business connections.

Encourage upselling and cross-selling of hotel amenities and services to increase revenue per guest.

Basic skill shooting and editing.

Must have own transport and driving licence.

*Create content or idea (writing, picture, video, graphic or audio).

*Content planning.

*Editing content.

*Handle social media account (FB, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube) include reply comment & message on social media.

*Analysis content review (views, like, share).

*Follow trend (monitor current trend : viral music, meme, latest issue).
