Your Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, and various channels
• Identify issues and provide fast, accurate resolutions
• Work with internal teams when follow-up is required
• Share feedback to enhance workflows and service processes
• Deliver excellent service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Assist with additional team tasks whenever needed
What We’re Looking For
• A-Level students welcome!
• ️ Strong English communication skills
• Candidates with 2+ years of customer service or call centre experience (for O-Level/Nitec holders)
• Singaporeans only
