• Strong background in wealth management sales and relationship advisory within financial services.
• Proven track record in portfolio management with exposure to regional market coverage, specifically managing Japanese HNW client accounts.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is required as the incumbent will need to liaise directly with Japanese-speaking clients, evaluate market materials in Japanese, and manage relationships where English is not the primary medium of communication.
• Possess relevant regulatory wealth management and investment advisory certifications.
• Deep understanding of banking products, investment vehicles, and market analysis.
• Strong communication abilities with willingness to travel for business needs.
