Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Procurement Coordinator to support daily purchasing and procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily procurement and purchasing activities.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documents.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm orders.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and other departments.
• Compare supplier quotations and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Update procurement data and reports.
• Assist with resolving purchasing and delivery issues.
• Support the procurement team with administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
