We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer success, combining your engineering knowledge with consultative sales skills to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. You'll be instrumental in identifying customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeds expectations.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
• Conduct technical assessments and provide consultative recommendations to clients, translating complex engineering concepts into business value propositions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to ensure seamless solution delivery and alignment across business units
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels, demonstrating empathy and transparency in all interactions
• Utilize advanced sales techniques, market trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in service offerings
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals that clearly communicate product benefits and return on investment
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and maintain commercial awareness
• Travel extensively to meet with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and support business development initiatives
• Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative working culture while challenging siloed thinking across departments
• Analyze customer feedback and market data to continuously improve service offerings and identify new business opportunities

Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical field

• Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in technical or electro-mechanical product sales
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills at all levels
• Technical background or experience working within an engineering environment or firm
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals including profit and loss analysis, pricing strategy, and added value creation
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and market trends
• High integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior in all professional interactions
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to client sites for meetings, product demonstrations, site surveys, and measurement assessments
• Capability to conduct on-site technical surveys and take accurate measurements for solution design and customization

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Own vehicle with valid Class 3 license for independent field mobility and client site visits
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales enablement tools
• Proficiency in technical product troubleshooting, solution customization, and on-site installation support
• Advanced negotiation and closing skills with a proven ability to handle complex sales cycles
• Experience in presenting to C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Familiarity with the Singapore market and regional business practices
• Certification in sales methodologies or technical sales training programs
• Hands-on experience with site survey tools, measurement equipment, and field assessment methodologies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a charismatic and inspiring personality
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams
