The Shipping & Administration Clerk is responsible for coordinating shipment activities, preparing shipping documents, maintaining inventory and logistics records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Logistics
Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, invoices, delivery orders, and export/import documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, transporters, and customs agents.
Arrange local and international shipments.
Track shipment status and update customers and internal teams.
Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.
Resolve shipment discrepancies and delivery issues.
Maintain shipping records and filing systems.
Administrative Duties
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Handle filing, scanning, and document management.
Prepare reports and summaries as required.
Manage office correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries.
Support purchasing and sales departments with administrative tasks.
Coordinate office supplies and general administrative activities.
