Job Summary
Deliver engaging academic and non-academic lessons using innovative pedagogy to foster student growth. Develop curriculum content and utilize digital platforms to enhance learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and write content and curriculum for new classes to meet educational goals
Deliver teaching sessions in secondary or tertiary academic contexts and in public speaking and debating for non-academic contexts
Use Zoom and Google platforms effectively to conduct interactive training sessions
Communicate clearly with a neutral accent to ensure student understanding and engagement
Apply new pedagogical methods to improve teaching effectiveness and student outcomes
Teach moral values to students, fostering respect and dignity in the learning environment
Manage classroom dynamics positively and maintain an energetic, constructive attitude
Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently to prepare teaching materials and reports
Work collaboratively within a six-day work week, including weekends, to meet scheduling needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Teaching experience in secondary or tertiary education settings
Experience in public speaking and debating coaching
