Our Client is a known Singapore founded company in the fast moving consumer sector with a deep base of clientele made up of both private and government related enterprises. The Client has a new headcount to bring in a Compensation Specialist as part of the HR Strategy team, which is also responsible for total rewards, performance management, employee & industrial relations. The reporting manager is a seasoned HR professional of repute who believes in grooming future HR leaders through intellectual work and job rotations.

The ideal hire should come with 4-10 years specialising in Compensation framework development including seeing through the corporate remuneration cycles working closely with business and HR colleagues. He/she should have a strong academic foundation, be highly numerate with the ability to be hands-on in a individual contributor capacity; and the personality to deep dive into complex compensation topics with senior management through to managing communications with employees and unions. Experience gained at consultancies and government related companies are also welcomed.

In return the Client is able to accommodate a hybrid work life balance within a progressive HR culture. This position is only applicable for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.
