Facilities / Building Management Executive

Location: Central Area
Salary: $3300 - $3600

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and organised Building Management / Facilities Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance and facilities management of the assigned property. The role will work closely with tenants, contractors, internal teams and relevant authorities to ensure the building is well-maintained, safe and operationally efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily building inspections and follow up on defects, rectification works and maintenance matters.
• Oversee security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, car park, lifting systems, fire safety and general building operations.
• Coordinate with term contractors to ensure scheduled servicing and maintenance works are completed.
• Monitor common areas, facilities, cleanliness, signage and car park conditions.
• Work with the M&E team on testing and inspections for fit-out and reinstatement works.
• Participate in CERT and support emergency response activities, including fire drills.
• Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets and support procurement and contract administration.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders on building matters and improvement works.
• Maintain good tenant relationships and address feedback or emergencies when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Property Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in building, facilities or property management is preferred.
