Salary Range:
- $3500-$5000

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop Electrical BIM models and drawings for residential projects.
- Produce coordinated Electrical layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Perform BIM coordination with Architectural, Structural, and other M&E services.
- Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
- Update BIM models according to project/site changes and consultant comments.
- Coordinate closely with Project Engineers, site teams, consultants, and other subcontractors.
- Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project requirements and submission standards.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, or related discipline.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of Electrical systems and M&E coordination.
- Must have hands-on Electrical BIM Modeller experience in Singapore HDB or Condominium residential projects.
- Candidates without HDB or Condo Electrical BIM experience will not be considered.
