Job description:

Clinical Assistant:

• Greet and receive clients at the front desk
• To attend to enquiries and recruit clients for aesthetic procedures.
• Follow up on available client data and / or seek new data and schedule them for treatment / consultation.
• Registration of clients, managing case notes, preparing agreement and consent forms for clients.
• Assist in treatments, maintain sterility and other related activities.
• Aesthetic supplies inventory management and ensuring availability of supplies.
• Post-treatment follow-up.
• Update client database, case note, treatment data, including appointment and payment details into the it system.

Marketing & sales:

• To overlook and assist in company’s aesthetic marketing activities, including monitoring the social medial platforms and to ensure social media content are updated as per the monthly planner.
• To assist in generating leads and converting them to potential clients.
• To promote the monthly marketing activities (promotions) to potential leads and existing clients.
• To monitor the client chat bot platform and automation.

Operations (cc):

• To assists the course coordinator and student affairs executive as and when needed.
• To assist in the company’s daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.

Operations (admin):

• To assist in company’s administrative activities as and when needed.
• To assist in the company’s daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
