We are looking for a Junior Trading Risk Analyst to join our Trading Risk team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in financial markets and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining trading risk management processes across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze client trading activities, trade flow, and execution to identify potential risks or irregularities.
• Prepare and analyze trading reports and conduct data analysis to support risk management decisions.
• Monitor client trading patterns and identify potentially unusual or suspicious trading activities.
• Analyze trading behavior, exposure, and transaction patterns to identify potential market or operational risks.
• Review and analyze deposit and withdrawal requests from a risk management perspective.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to investigate and resolve trading-related issues.
• Conduct investigations into identified risk cases and provide findings and recommendations to management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of risk-related cases and investigations.
• Assist with departmental initiatives, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to make sound judgments and decisions based on available information.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, or other financial markets.
• Experience in risk management, trading operations, financial services, or brokerage will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities are highly valued.
