Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the
ECDA curriculum framework
.
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports every child's holistic development.
Observe, assess and document children's learning progress and developmental milestones.
Foster strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and engagement.
Work collaboratively with fellow educators to develop enriching classroom experiences and school programmes.
Maintain high standards of classroom organisation, health, safety and hygiene.
Participate in curriculum planning, professional development programmes and school events.
Uphold the school's values while providing quality care and education to every child.
Requirements
ECDA L1 or L2 Certification (Mandatory)
ECDA-recognised Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent.
Minimum
3–5 years of teaching experience
in a premium preschool or early childhood setting in Singapore.
Strong understanding of child development and inquiry-based, child-centred learning approaches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate, nurturing and committed to providing quality early childhood education.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong desire for continuous professional growth.
