The Senior Executive, Human Resource provides support for strategic HR partnership and services to the assigned business units in the areas of recruitment, staffing, compensation, employee relations and separation.

He / she will support the coordination, logistics and administrative support of wellness program activities including planning of wellness program and initiatives. In addition, He / she will also assist and support Chief HR Officer and Senior / Assistant Director in various human resource functions.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Degree Business, Human Resource or its equivalent
  • Candidates with communications and event management experience are also welcome to apply
  • Team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Working knowledge in SuccessFactors would be advantageous
