Responsible for leading and driving indirect business growth through the integration of sales, marketing, portfolio management, customer solutions, and channel development across Asia Pacific markets.

Implement strategic business and go-to-market plans that align commercial objectives with customer needs, market opportunities, and Olympus growth priorities.

Act as the commercial leader for assigned business units by driving revenue growth, market share expansion, customer engagement, and profitability.

Build strong collaboration across business units, regional sales teams, distributors, regulators, and strategic partners to deliver sustainable business performance.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Business Management

• Implement and execute regional business strategies, annual operating plans, and growth initiatives to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
• Conduct business reviews, market assessments, competitive intelligence, gap analysis, and PDCA activities to optimize business performance.

Sales, Channel & Distributor Management

• Lead and develop distributor networks across assigned markets to maximize market penetration, sales growth, and share of market.
• Establish sales objectives, execute commercial plans, and ensure pricing integrity and sales governance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, hospitals, key opinion leaders, and strategic accounts.
• Lead distributor sales teams to improve product knowledge, execution standards, and business performance.

Financial & Operational Management

• Manage sales promotion activities, demand forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams to maintain service levels and business continuity.
• Monitor and achieve business KPIs, KGIs, revenue targets, market share objectives, and profitability goals.
• Ensure business compliance, reporting accuracy, governance standards, and effective commercial execution.

What we are looking for:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare industries.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, market share expansion
• Experience managing regional distributors, channel partners, and key accounts across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products and implementing go-to-market strategies.
• Experience managing both capital equipment and consumables portfolios.
