Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Executive, Customer Experience (Sarawakian-Sabahan) di VAD CAPITAL SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously, providing excellent customer service and resolving customer enquiries or complaints effectively.
• Engage with interested customers, understand their needs, and assist with loan application submissions to support customer retention and satisfaction.
• Manage administrative processes related to insurance products, from customer interviews and documentation to application submission and payment arrangements.
• Perform telesales activities for insurance products, including Auto Insurance and Credit Life Insurance.
• Manage insurance claim cases from receiving the offer letter from the insurance company through to the successful payment and settlement with the Company.
• Promote the Company’s mobile application to customers and encourage non-app users to adopt digital services, including FPX transactions.
• Provide support and perform relief duties when required to ensure smooth daily operations and uninterrupted customer service.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telesales, Banking, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Confident in handling customers, enquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Able to multitask, learn quickly, and work effectively in a team.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to take on new responsibilities.

Salary range: RM3,000 - RM3,500
