Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts within the commercial printing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating project requirements, following up on production progress, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries.
• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and field visits.
• Schedule appointments and conduct sales presentations with potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable printing solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for customers.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Account Management
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat orders.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Provide professional product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status and project progress.
• Project Coordination Liaise closely with customers to gather artwork, specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with internal production and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.
• Update customers on project status and delivery arrangements.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and service issues professionally.
• Sales Administration Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly. Submit weekly sales activity reports and monthly performance reports. Collection & Credit Control
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Ensure timely collection of invoices according to agreed payment terms.
• Coordinate with the finance department regarding customer accounts.
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment behaviour.
• Assist in reducing overdue accounts and maintaining healthy cash flow.
• Build strong customer relationships while ensuring payment commitments are fulfilled.
• Customer Service Excellence Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive company image and represent the company with integrity.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Education SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification. Candidates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in printing, packaging, advertising, signage, marketing, or related industries is an advantage.
• Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and target driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Other Requirements Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley for customer visits.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
