We are looking for a creative, proactive and willing-to-learn individual to join our team as a Junior Marketing & Sales Executive.

This role will mainly focus on marketing, social media, content creation and customer engagement, while also assisting the Sales Team with customer enquiries, follow-ups and basic sales activities.

You do not need to have extensive experience — fresh graduates and candidates with basic marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply.

JOB SCOPE

• Manage and create content for the company’s social media platforms, including posts, short videos and promotional materials.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
• Respond to customer enquiries, generate leads and conduct basic customer follow-ups.
• Support the Sales Team in promoting products and assisting with basic sales activities.
• Monitor marketing activities, maintain customer/lead records and prepare simple reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Junior candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to assist with sales and attend company events/exhibitions when required.
• Possess a positive attitude and good work discipline.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
